Completed in 2023, this 206-unit residential development required coordinated HVAC installation to support modern multifamily living standards. The building features centralized mechanical systems designed for efficiency, indoor air quality, and occupant comfort throughout all residential units and shared amenity spaces. Our scope supported integration with key building amenities including the fitness center, parking areas, bike storage, and screening room, ensuring balanced ventilation and consistent climate control across all programmed spaces.

Estela is two incredibly designed apartment buildings that are inspired by the energy of their environment. This is a new residential community along the growing waterfront, designed to host residents and their guests in a neighborhood rich in culture and history.
