Clarkson Estates is a transformative affordable housing development in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. Awarded to CAMBA Housing Ventures through New York State’s Vital Brooklyn Initiative, the project reflects a comprehensive effort to strengthen underserved communities in Central Brooklyn through investments in affordable housing, community-based healthcare, and economic empowerment.

Clarkson Estates development at 329 Clarkson Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. This nine-story affordable housing project, developed by CAMBA Housing Ventures and designed by CetraRuddy Architecture, will deliver 328 permanently affordable apartments, including 164 supportive housing units for individuals and families in need. The 334,745-square-foot development also features a 30,000-square-foot community facility and 15,000 square feet of parking with 80 rentable spaces. As part of New York State’s Vital Brooklyn Initiative, Clarkson Estates represents a significant investment in creating quality, sustainable housing and community resources that will positively impact the surrounding neighborhood for generations to come.
